would not recommend Fragile Removals to anyone. Our move from Broadbeach, Queensland to Mandurah, WA was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The very first item off the truck—our dining table—arrived broken, with a leg completely snapped off. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the rest of the delivery. Apparently the name Fragile was chosen more as a reflection of this company’s approach to being accountable rather than handling your furniture. We used Fragile for the Melbourne portion of an interstate move. We watched our belongings get packed in Brisbane by a different company with no issues. We then had the absolute displeasure of watching the Fragile team move our stuff in in Melbourne.
