He was rude and yelled at me. I had to keep asking if he was going to do the procedure I was sent to him for. I find him very moody, he can be very nice and then he turns on you.
I was a patient of Dr. Tabbaa for a year. He was prescribing pain medication and I had to go for surgery for a knee replacement. In the preadmission physical, the NP said the pain meds would be doubled. He said nothing. Upon discharge, my pain scale was 0. Dr.Tabbaa cut the dosage of pain medication in half. Have never been treated by a physician the way I was treated by “Dr. Matt”. I was referred to him as my family doctor was leaving. When I was waiting for him to come in the office, No introduction, what are you here for.?!? I was shocked!! Doesn’t have 1 ounce of bedside manner. Was rude, could not understand why I am taking a couple prescriptions for my stomach. Well I clearly needed the prescriptions and have been doing amazing for the last 10 years with the medicine. Martin Frantz is a liar. He told me that anytime I needed a prescription refilled I could call and he would refill them. I've tried for 2 weeks and called 7 times to have 2 prescriptions refilled. His staff tells me that they gave him the messages, but they don't know why he's not responding. Frantz is grossly incompetent and should not be allowed to practice medicine in any state.
His scheduler doesn’t deserve a job she is rude and arrogant. I’m surprised anybody would employ her. She sounds like she smokes 50 cigarettes a day as well.
Dr. Williams was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and put me at ease. My wife was reassured about my condition during the surgery by frequent texts. She saw my wife immediately after the surgery to inform her of my condition. Her team was exceptional too. The follow up was 2 weeks later as promised.
This physician left me hanging. He looked at my CT scan,telling me that my nerve pain could be caused by a foreign body he saw in my spinal canal.I asked if he could fix this and he replied yes.Second appointment he told me he is leaving practice at Fisher-Titus Hospital and would not be seeing patients there.Why did he even bother to take me on as a patient? My visits have gone well and I found him and his nurse to be very helpful and friendly. Seems the only people leaving reviews here are leaving bad ones and that wasn't my experience at all. I genuinely like the doctor and all the staff - they are down to earth and have a great vibe. They've answered all my questions and I'm receiving a few different types of care regarding my medical issues. I think they are exceptional!
Dr. Tabbaa is very caring and has a great bedside manner. His treatments have greatly improved my quality of life.
