I found Joe Frady to be dishonest, incompetent, rude and harassing. We called him to come out bc our ac system was not working properly. He came out and "cleaned the system" and said it was working just fine. It failed the very next day and when we contacted him he was going to charge another service call to come out and said he would try to fit us in. I contacted another company who found the problem that Joe said did not exist. Joe still wanted full payment and refused to take less despite all my efforts to negotiate with ... read more
