Frady is amazing. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year just before Memorial Day and having a one month of baby in the house I needed to get it fixed quick. After calling several places with no help, I contacted Frady. Joe the owner called me back right away and listened to my problem and reviewed several options with me. He come out with his son on that holiday weekend to install a new unit. Joe is great guy and he and his son did a great job and provided a far price. My A/C quit on Friday night. I tried numerous firms. Some weren't open on weekends, others might come on Monday. Finally called Frady& Hall. Mr Frady came to my house in less than an hour on Saturday morning. Did great work, was very professional, and very efficient. Seems like a great guy too. Highly recommend.
Everything you could ask for in a great experience. Complete job done in the time frame given and they even drove to beautiful Blue Ridge to install!
