We have had Pat Fracisco Jr. assist us on our commercial property in Livermore for a number of years. He has serverd as manager of the property in all respects, and has located several valuable tenants for us when vacancies occurred. He is responsive to any questions we have. I know Fracisco Realty as holding the highest service and integrity levels in a long standing family business and find the recent post as a single disgruntled person who did not receive 100% return on their deposit for not returning a home to the move in condition it was delivered. Deposits of 100% should be expected if you perform and plan your 100% restoral to the initially accepted move in condition, its NEVER a given if you do nothing! Beware of FRACISCO REALTY for unjust and excessive retention of renter deposits. After returning a property back to this property management they kept $974.18 of our deposit, Assessing us with and charging us to clean things we had cleaned professionally and personally and returned to them in exceptional condition and better condition than we received it in.
