These landlords rent out apartments infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, hide the problem, refuse to provide proper pest treatment, and demand penalty fees if you try to break the lease. Constant bites, filth, and stress — absolutely do not recommend renting from them! This place doesn’t even deserve one star on Google.
I hate this building. I rented in September studio for 1 year. I regretted it very much. When I moved I found out that they made studio from basement. I hear every sound on first floor in a hall, I hear laundry near my studio, here is very thin door and walls. Every morning scream people and children. I can’t sleep in this studio, I feel so bad and don’t have energy for work. Management don’t react to my complaints. I will look for new apartment and hate this studio.
