I hate this building. I rented in September studio for 1 year. I regretted it very much. When I moved I found out that they made studio from basement. I hear every sound on first floor in a hall, I hear laundry near my studio, here is very thin door and walls. Every morning scream people and children. I can’t sleep in this studio, I feel so bad and don’t have energy for work. Management don’t react to my complaints. I will look for new apartment and hate this studio. Great location and wonderful management. I truly enjoyed staying at this building over the 3 years!
