On the surface the place should be great but it feels highly disorganized. I had coordinated ordering a new machine with my doctor's office before a trip and had coordinated with FPM the week before to arrange pickup before a left - of course it wasn't ready ('not in stock') and no one bothered to let me know. So two weeks with no treatment. I also found it frustrating that you pay a treatment fee but you basically have to contact them for any guidance. We are on vacation- Sanaz was so helpful and saved the day for us!!!
The first lady I dealt with was great but then the second one charged me an extra $125 that wasn’t covered by my disability. I’m not sure what that money was for because I don’t know how to use the machine still. I feel like it’s kind of an assembly line and I didn’t really get proper service. I wasn’t even shown how to put the mask on.
Would rate 0 if possible. Unwilling to provide any information at all unless you pay a $260 “therapy fee”. They are running a racket. Go somewhere else
Excellent customer service. The entire staff is excellent and very knowledgeable on merchandise. I do recommend most of my friends to go there and they love it.
