If I could post absolute garbage and a zero ... this property that I live at in tides on twain is an absolute mess.causing so much mess and stress. Don’t be fooled FPI has so far turned out to be terrible in Las Vegas tides on north nellis is terrible the pictures on the website are nowhere near what the place actually looks like the pool hasn’t been open in 3 years the grounds are filthy there’s no grass it’s all mud from water pipes bursting constantly sprinklers all over are broken and spraying water everywhere there’s nothing updated here all appliances are from the 80s zero security gated community with a gate that’s NEVER CLOSED they have cameras but they don’t wo... read more
It all started because who ever is the employee who lives on site stepped into the pool and let resident know not to do this and that everything went down south if it wasn't because her everything would of been good she lives on site because residents said it company should be liable because of her everything started f she was not on company time she should not be doing that its security job 7688 blue diamond
