This is not a great office. We’ve been about ten times in my baby’s first year. Every single time they are between 50 min to 90 min late. It’s not easy with a baby as in that time he’ll get hungry or it’ll throw off nap time by a lot. Honestly, after awhile it just feels disrespectful and like they aren’t even trying. We had a vaccine appt recently where no doctor would be seen, nurse only, the nurse had called to offer to schedule that same day with us, and they still made us wait 55 min after appt time before being called ... read more
Chance is literally the best! He is so compassionate about his patients, takes his time to listen, asks questions and explains everything. He truly cares. I can’t say enough good things about him! Our family is so blessed to have him as our provider. Thank you!
We love Dr. Chance he is amazing! My 2 year old dressed up like a doctor it was so cute and they got a picture together but I’ve got to say he is one of the best around and so thankful he is at this office! All 3 of my kiddos just adore him! Thank you Dr chance!
Don’t waste your time. They’re impossible to get on the phone and they will lie and gaslight you everytime. I found Dr. Keely when I was pregnant and made her my baby’s pediatrician. Dr. Keely stated, at the appt while I was pregnant, that she is fine delaying vaccine schedule up to a year. Dr.Keely has been on leave since the beginning of the year so my baby only got to see her 2 or 3 times before she left. Dr Keeley is the most amazing pediatrician I have ever encountered. That being said, 3 times in a row we have gotten a text within 3 days of the appointment stating that the appointment was canceled. It's not simple to call and reschedule because you have to wait on hold for a very long time. This isn't going to work for us as a busy family of 6.
