I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a fraud. They DO NOT have a physical address. Their Google address is a sham. They demanded double security deposit in addition to first and last months rent then trumped up false claims to take the money. Even with video proof of the contrary. The made us sign an"as is" lease which is unheard of making us pay for cleaning fees upon move in. Renters required to pay for any and all upkeep . Found a place listed by this company on Singer Island FL after driving through a neighborhood on Singer Island looking for a short term rental. Called number to inquire about it even though it was listed on several online rental services. Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo unit that was clean , tidy and even included some cleaning supplies, AND big bonus, free use of a washer and dryer on property that they even provided laundry soap for! One of the cleanest, relaxing and friendly Airbnb my family has stayed at. The owners were helpful and quick to respond.
Hosts were extremely responsive to my questions and quickly resolved my issue during check in. Location cannot be beat, close to the beach and only 15 minutes from every place we needed to go. The apartment was spacious, clean and stocked with toiletries or anything else one would need.
