The woman at the front desk was the only pleasant part of this experience. She was kind and helpful. Everyone else acted like they didn’t want to be there and wasn’t friendly at all. I waited almost an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen, even though I arrived early to get all my paperwork done. Never even made it in...I called to ask about getting checked for a polyp and was told they can only do polyp removals on Thursdays. I am not even sure I have a polyp...then after I asked about financial assistance I was told I have to be on birth control but I cannot take birth control and apparently you cannot have unprotected sex with your fiancé. Im 37 unlikely to get pregnant and after talking to their supervisor I am told they dont even do polyp removals there.....which is odd since the first thing I was told they only... read more
Great experience, the girls were super helpful i went for birth control i didn't have my medi-cal card so they used my Kaiser they tried to look up my bic and when they couldn't they tried quickly my Kaiser and it went thru didn't have to pay nothing thanks to the girls for being quick and efficient at their job.
I accompanied a teen to this clinic for confidential healthcare services. A nurse employed there, who is personally connected to the teen’s mother, disclosed private information to her outside of the clinical setting. A complaint was filed, but the issue does not appear to have been taken seriously or properly addressed.
