Excellent customer service and great with getting you in and out for your appointment. My appointment was at 8am and I was completely done and leaving at 8:32.
I had a very positive experience at this clinic. From check-in to the conclusion of my visit, the reception staff and back-office staff were professional, courteous, and well organized. They communicated clearly, demonstrated efficiency, and helped ensure that my visit was smooth and comfortable. The overall level of care and professionalism reflected a well-managed clinic, and I would feel confident recommending this facility to others
Supervisor named Selena is extremely rude and biased I’ve been to this clinic twice before I tried explaining that to her but she rudely cut me off and told me that it wasn’t her problem then when I told her I’d be making a complaint she stated she didn’t have to tell me her name which left me completely shocked as a supervisor everyone in that building should know your name I don’t know about yall but a supervisor and front receptionist (Teresa)not wanting to give you their name seems very shady like they are hiding somethi... read more
Loved the staff had an amazing experience during my visit! 10/10 recommend but I did want to share a feedback that I did encounter while waiting to be seen. There were two females that were just giving the staff a hard time and making everyone feel uncomfortable in the main lobby. They were cussing and yelling which I found very uncomfortable. Staff and Nurses were amazing! I was skeptical and scared about my first time surgical procedure but everyone made me feel extremely safe and the process was very quick, comfortable, and easy! I was so amazed by how effortless and painless the experience was and highly recommend!
