I went in for services. I called beforehand to make sure Blue Cross Blue Shield was accepted and they said yes. When I received the bill, it was for an out-of-network practitioner. I shouldn't have to pay for their lies. They also tried to charge me for an ultrasound I never received.
Everyone has been nice, but I feel the NP I last saw today didn't have to close the door behind her in the examination room as I was right behind her walking out too. The NP i saw last week held the door open as we walked out, and had better manners.
