I've been trying to reach them for the past 2 days (via Zillow, email, their website, and phone [their mailbox is full; based on the reviews, maybe this is one purpose]) to tour an apartment and they have not contacted me once. I'm literally trying to give you guys money =\
They would have to pay me to live at another one of their properties. The city would be a better place if they closed their doors today. After viewing the property with their half competent agent we decided to take it based on the price and mindset of “how bad could it be?” Bad. Horrible company to rent from. They do not care about the health and safety of their tenants. I have put in multiple requests for heat and other issues and they never respond. I moved here 6 months ago and never imagined a rental agency could act like this. Obviously I will not renew my lease. Please don't rent from these people. Very sad.
