Great communication and easy to talk too
Took my F-150 to this shop to have my Bilstein 5100 front struts installed. Most places I called in town were either charging a steep price (not including alignment) or wouldn’t let me bring my own parts. Gavin answered the call and got the job done—no hassle, no upsell, just straight-up professional work. He kept me in the loop during the whole process, which I appreciated. Great group of guys that got my truck fixed in a hurry.
If I could put negative stars I would. I highly recommend to NOT use this shop! We had taken our truck in for a simple 2 inch level kit. Had no prior issues with the truck as it is brand new. We received the truck back after installation with several code issues as well as the check engine light. Upon taking it to GM Chevy they said that it was due to poor installation of the level kit.
