First time I have been to Foxy Nail and the last time......the nail technicians were more interested in what was going on in the shop and talking with each other than me. It was awful, I felt like I was bugging them being there. If I asked a question they got mad. The job was bad and not a clean place. AWFUL!

I was visiting my sister in Charlotte and we decided to get a mani pedi. They do not clean the pedi chairs after each use. They also bully you into higher price services. I opted for deluxe pedi and gel mani. The total was $50 and they did a terrible job. No sugar scrub with mani although their menu states it. My hands were never cleansed or lotioned/massaged. She slapped cuticle oil on after the gel set. When confronted, the manager said thats how they do theirs even tho price list described more...was not happy and she did... read more

I decided to have my nails done at foxy nails because was too tired to drive to my regular spot well bad move! I have natural nails but get acrylic and I took two people to get them right.plus they don't massage your hands with lotion nor do they use a base coat before polishing. And if you tell them what you want or if you feel they need to correct something they get mad and talk about you in their language. Will not go back.

Love the pedi that I got. I also got a flower on my big toes and it was so Cute! Also had my eye brows waxed. I will go back they did a great job.
