Ivy Is the only person ever to do my nails . She is fast and proficient! I've never had anyone do a better job on my nails or pedicure . She is personable and cares about her customers . It's hard for anyone else to work there because everyone wants to wait for ivy to do their nails . I love her ! She has bad days like everyone else but I have been going to her for so long I already know once I walk in the door if she is tired or doesn't feel like mingling . Lol so I act accordingly. I've been a regular here for years & I really love the woman who owns it. She takes the time to get to know her regulars. She's great at the way she does her artificial nails. They last a really long time & rarely break! Also, she does my eyebrows perfect. She thinks of it as an art & does them depending on your preferences, face structure, style, etc. it's not a one size fits all with her! Definitely recommend this nail place. This was the 2nd time I've been there and they were sooooo rude! If you're not a "regular" then they don't care about you or what you want.. I called and made an appointment, when I got there everything was fine, until the guy doing my nails couldn't even understand what I was saying. Then I simply asked a question "do you have "initials" you could put on my nail?" I was ignored 3 times!! Not once but 3!! After I asked the last time I was yelled at!! Really?!!
