The absolute worst nail experience ive had at a nail salon yet. Absolutely awful service, rude and very poorly done nails.
Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. I properly soaked my acrylics off because they were painful, and after removal my natural nails and nail beds were left extremely damaged, thin, peeling, and sensitive. I did not rip them off or remove them incorrectly. My nails were healthy before, and now they look and feel awful. I’m really disappointed with the amount of damage caused and would not recommend based on my experience.
I’ve been here before and haven’t had a negative experience until today I got my nails and toes done my problem was with my nails they came out more oval than almond, crooked, and the French tip was embarrassing. It looked as if she was trying to overcompensate for how crooked my nails were. Not to mention when I brought up the nails being crooked she shook her head and ignored me. First time on May 8th & I will definitely return! The staff was very courteous & friendly! My pedi & nails look amazing!! The salon is clean & bright. Thank you...I look forward to my next visit.
The attention to detail here is incredible. My nails are shaped perfectly. The polish application is smooth and even. I am very satisfied.
