My laser tech Tasha has been awesome! Every time I come in, she greets me with a big smile and makes me feel welcome right away. She’s is skilled and very down to earth, which makes the whole experience great. She always explains what she’s doing, makes sure the settings are right for my skin, and checks in during the treatment to make sure I’m doing okay. The people are just incredible and super friendly! Highly recommend Krystal to anyone who wants a friendly atmosphere and a great laser tech! The power hour package is really nice, since you can take care of all spots at one time.
I was lowkey skeptical about going to a med spa at first. But Tasha and Krystal clearly know what they're doing. I've been doing a combo of peels, laser and Hydra facials for my acne and dark spots and my skin has seriously improved. I have way fewer breakouts and smoother skin overall. the whole process has been comfortable and easy. If you're trying to get your skin right, I definitely recommend booking with them
BEWARE of their contract. I really enjoyed my couple bikini line laser hair removal visits, but I became pregnant and therefore was not eligible to finish out the package I spent 600 dollars on. Anna, the owner, made it clear she is not willing to give any refund or extend the expiration date to work with me, putting me out hundreds of dollars.
