The delivery driver was great put units where we needed
Wow!!! Just found out another GM got let go at this truss plant, John. This place has never been the same since they let Hugo and Matt go. Those two had a great relationship and the plant was improving. But in 2021 Matt got the plant 1.4 million in both April and May with an 9% P&L the best ever for that plant and during COVID and they let him go. Then Kenn B couldn't do what Matt did and 2 months after letting Matt go, they let Kenn go because John stabbed Kenn in the back with the GM from the lumber yard. Now they let John... read more
This place does not pay their contractors. I pulled several loads for them and delivered them and had to sit for hrs due to customer not having right equipment to unload. 14 hrs of down time I billed for 8hr of detain pay and they have refused to pay. Almost 3 months and the manager here has refused to do anything. I know have to file a lawsuit to get my money. Customers beware
More so a shanty town than anything else. Clean up!
From a customer perspective, I have to say that my experience with FG Truss department has been nothing but positive even while enduring scheduling and material delays over the last several months. Although the entire design, production, and delivery teams were exceptional, I'd like to give special recognition to the Truss Design Team, Joseph G. and his supervisor, John L....both were phenomenal.
