I was quoting a price over the phone drove 30 minutes to get there and upon arrival with the guy quoted me a higher price even though he said he quoted me the wrong price over the phone go to your local Lowe's very unprofessional on top of that nobody is falling in state law by wearing a mask or social distancing will never be back.

Jose as I stated in the review you posted on Google it is unreasonable to expect that an employee can not make a mistake with an over the phone quote. It is also unreasonable to expect that a customer is entitled to benefit from that mistake. It is however reasonable (and if we had been given the opportunity) to expect that we would match any price that you would have otherwise received had you gone to a different supplier. I went to Tri-Supply and they refused to look at a door peice I needed. I walked into Foxworth-Galbraith, in Killeen, and I was helped out and taken care of in just a few seconds. Small town help and I appreciate them so much.
