I was quoting a price over the phone drove 30 minutes to get there and upon arrival with the guy quoted me a higher price even though he said he quoted me the wrong price over the phone go to your local Lowe's very unprofessional on top of that nobody is falling in state law by wearing a mask or social distancing will never be back.

Jose as I stated in the review you posted on Google it is unreasonable to expect that an employee can not make a mistake with an over the phone quote. It is also unreasonable to expect that a customer is entitled to benefit from that mistake. It is however reasonable (and if we had been given the opportunity) to expect that we would match any price that you would have otherwise received had you gone to a different supplier. Wali there are better venues for employees to share feelings regarding their employer. Postings on Facebook is really not the appropriate forum to engage in meaningful employee grievance dialog. If you want to get chase by 2x2 wood and then hit and run (intentionally) by their employee while he's still on the clock, shop here. Worst experience that I've ever encountered. What in the world, we were just there to get some supplies and it's our first time there. Spoke to the manager and he stated that his employee has emotional issues, who doesn't?
