Friendly staff easy in and out
Very disappointing experience delivering at the Fort Worth location. we should have an option to leave 0 stars . Professional drivers deserve to be treated with basic respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. The pregnant woman working In the front office should absolutely not be in customer service. She even had the audacity to call Eric out of the office to be intimidating. They are not trucker friendly they can care less about drivers bringing in product please do not support this branch
It used to be a great place to unload till they went apartment and the people in the office rude don’t care how long the truck sit there our time did not mean anything to them. It seems they suck.
Waiting in the trucks for 4 houres was loading and u loading there own drives not other company drivers the man in reviving office was very rude, I explain the situation that I came by 07:00 my appointment was 07:00 AM but not unloading me until 11:00 AM, don't waste your time for drop up. Forklift drives were very nice but in the shipping office the man was rude.
