We lived at Foxwood for six years, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The property is beautifully maintained, and the management company, Continental Development, truly sets the standard for excellent service. Thoughtful layouts, well cared for and clean. Good parking plus garages! Lots of green space, which makes the patios even nicer. Pretty awesome neighbors too.
7570 Foxridge Way Unit B charges a $200-$600 cleaning fee if not left with carpets professionally cleaned, beds made, apartment perfectly cleaned and dusted like an Airbnb.
