Do NOT make the mistake of renting from these people. They're nosy slumlords who will try to leech you for every cent they possibly can when you move out. Under the guise of 'inspections' they go through periods of constantly entering units (i counted 11 notices in my first two months living there). DO NOT LIVE HERE! Or anywhere managed by Metro Property Management. They do not care about their tenants only the money they will squeeze from you every chance they get. Foxwood Apartments is infested with so much mold and lead they make you sign a waiver on the lease agreement stating the mold and lead are the tenants problem! We had multiple items of furniture completely ruined due to mold from rain water flooding in thru the walls, which management and maintenance refused to fix or even acknowledge.
