RecommendedTurn around for a tuneup was a week and it was very reasonably priced.
Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a bike shop. I called to make sure they had capacity to tune-up a couple of my bikes with a reasonable turnaround time. I was told that if no special-order parts were needed he could have them ready in the next day or two. I brought in the bikes and the shop was totally cluttered and overflowing with bikes. Visit often but recent visit was great as always. Ordered me a part it came quickly then the guys spent time showing me how to install. Saved me the $$$ I need for more parts in the future. Also I asked about kids ski rental and they have amazing prices. I'll keep coming back thank you
Great service and explanations of improvements I can make or do myself.
Great shop...the service and attention from the staff is A+. We rented two bikes for a triathlon. The bikes were correctly fitted and had great components so they performed flawlessly. Definitely will do business again. PR Alligators Tri-Team most definitely recommends it.
