Tbh, this location is alright. But could be better; when the managers aren’t there workers slack massively, everything is messy. On a constant base, there always out of something, mocha, the breakfast sandwich, espresso, just the list goes on, and a couple of the workers just have an attitude.
Not sure if the staff is purposely rude or just completely uncaring, or just too cool for me. Made my smoothies and just left them on the counter without letting me know. Small issue, right? But I can spend my $20 on two smoothies anywhere. Not here, anymore.
First time I came, and I forgot my wallet, and the lady was very impatient with me. I then came back with cash, and the guy proceeded to ring all my items and then tell me that they don’t take cash. The next time I came, I was asked what kind of milk I wanted and the guy laughed at me when I just said a regular as I’m not as familiar with milk types since I used to be allergic to dairy for most of my life. Foxtrox is such a great spot to find interesting and unique foods, drinks, and liquors made by local and small businesses. It’s a little bit on the pricey side, but you are paying for the unique items that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere. I always walk out feeling so excited to try all my special new treats. Also shout out to Dale, the super friendly person who rang me up and helped me set up the app which gives you membership benefits. They hooked me up and got me a free coffee on the house. Cheers!
