I had a water leak on the snow coming in up from my floor. Call them. They came out right away and fixed it and been good., had a outside leak bust water broke in the outside of the apartments. They took a little bit of time to get to it, but I understand that they had other apartments that they were doing too.
I am currently experiencing serious maintenance and habitability issues in my apartment, including ongoing water leaks and black mold in the bathroom that make the shower unsafe and unusable, a microwave that remains nonfunctional despite repair and replacement attempts, and flooring that is coming up and creating a safety hazard. I have lived here at Foxtail going on 10 years. I like my place and my neighbors. I have gotten older and have a problem with the stair . I do not want to move to another location. In the 9 years noth
