Had the best experience at Foxtail coffee! Everyone was super sweet and welcoming and my coffee/pastry were delish! Cant wait to go back!
The service was incredibly bad and rude. The girl with green hair and the older woman with black hair were especially unwelcoming. Neither of them greeted us or made any effort to be kind or friendly. They asked for my name when I ordered my coffee, but when it was ready, they never called my name or let me know. Not recommended: visited on August 14th at 12:30pm - I was very disappointed with my experience at Foxtail Coffee. The service was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily inconsiderate. The older employee and the younger employee with rainbow-colored hair both came across as unfriendly and seemed to have little interest in providing even basic customer service. Wednesday 8/12/26 around 8:30-9 | Came in after a run & was greeted by only one person (some girl with cool makeup) the other lady was very rude, after seeing us & literally making eye contact as we walked in she didn’t even smile or say “welcome in”. I stopped it after a short run on the water. This is the sister store of another store I went to previous day so I wanted to check and see how their chai was. Flavor - 4/5 Froth - 5/5 Temp - 2/5 - I ordered it hot, and it wasn’t It looks like it would be a really great store for SCAD, and what a great place for students.
