I was excited to try this location but barista just looked at me and used her phone. Didn’t even acknowledge me. It wasn’t even busy, I was the only one “in line”.

Ugh please train your new staff!!! Your previous team was amazing. Now my sandwich is burned daily and my coffee is not drinkable. Asking for one pump of a flavor, it is like sugar/flavor overload no matter hot coffee, lattes or cold brew. My sandwich today wasn’t even cooked. I’m heating it up now. My husbands latte was just pure sugar. My last multiple orders have been horrible. Guess that’s my fault for still coming…
