I went and ordered a large black coffee and was charged $5.84. The employee said the hot water machine was broken so they had to give me an Americano and that $2 more. I should have left, that's on me.
Update: I really wanted to give this place a second chance, and it was probably worse than the first time… staff is completely lost, gave me half my order, rushing to close the window, cause she seems to be having more interesting conversation. No napkins were given again. And still serving the food in a box with no paper so by the time I got to the red light in the box, my sandwich was soggy. Never again. We were gifted a gift card, so my son and I stopped by this morning to check it out. He ordered a cake pop and was really happy with it, which was a nice start. Unfortunately, my coffee was a huge disappointment. For the price, I didn’t expect it to taste so bitter, and after paying extra for caramel, I could barely taste it at all. Foxtail Coffee Co. – Great Coffee, Even Better Service Stopped by Foxtail on Mother’s Day for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
