3 star due to misuse of gloves. Touching counter, hair, head pieces, doors, all while going back with same gloves to prepare people's food and drinks. Even watched someone take a glove off and put the same one on (affer touching all the items mentioned). I know new places need to work the kinks out BUT hand hygiene is imperative, which includes the proper use of gloves, but as a quality nurse, I was annoyed by it. Oh man. We walked into this place and I had such high hopes! First of all, the atmosphere is striking. I love the vibe. I love the decoration. It smells wonderful. If I owned a coffee shop, this is exactly what I would want it to be. Buuuttt… The service leaves everything to be desired. We ordered siphons. Don't order sandwiches from here. They were horrible! Totally nuked and were rubbery. Paid $30 for them with 2 waters.

Very inconsistent coffee, me and my husband have been burned by scolding hot drinks on multiple occasions. ALWAYS 5-10+ min wait, inside or drive thru. The workers have poor attitudes and I’ve never seen the same employer for more than 3 months. It’s unfortunate that this is the only convenient coffee shop on my work commute: i honestly pray we get another coffee shop in north river ranch because I actually can’t stand going to this location.
