Love this place!
This was bad. A single shot is espresso to 42 mins. Staff iss annoyed. Was looking forward to this place but can't wait 40 mins for coffee every day. Literally all I had was a single espresso which takes 1 second to pour. The staff never smiles. Drive through is a nightmare. I gave this place another shot today. August 14th. My initial review continues to stand. Horrible customer service long waits and no one smiles. Drive-thru is still a mess.
For the first month of opening, they were very slow and lack of training. But, supporting new business, I came back and ordered online so they have time to prepare. Now everytime I come in, the staffs remember my name, know what I drink. I mean, give them more time, more chance, rather than leave a negative review. I love the coffee, seasonal one is fun too.
