My coffee was burnt. This sucks because their Orlando locations are great. I’ve tried again but it wasn’t that great so I stopped going. ————— Edit: They reached out for us to try it again. To our surprise and thank goodness, they’ve turned it around and it was MUCH BETTER experience than last time!!! Chai latte was yummy and the caffe latte was fantastic this time!!
