Highly recommend Foxtail Meadows. Sue is the best!
I would not recommend living here. The property feels very old and outdated, and during the time I lived there I became extremely sick and later tested very high for mold exposure. The apartment often smelled musty and moldy, which was concerning. Management was also very inconsistent — there were around five different managers during the time we lived there. On top of that, when moving out, we were hit with an unreasonable amount of fees. The only positive was the location and convenient access to the freeway.
Our third floor loft apartment has been perfect for us over the last 2 years! This complex is incredibly peaceful - I never hear noise from the neighbors. It is a 10 minute walk to Pewaukee beach which we have loved frequenting - especially on Thursday nights in the summers for their spectacular waterski show! Foxtail Meadows is a great place to live. You get great accommodations for the price and even better is the property management. Sue is the best property manager I have had in my time renting. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. She alerts all tenants on activities happening around/on the property to keep the area safe and clean. Additionally, I never had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a reply when I had questions or issues. Foxtail Meadows has been my home for roughly the last year or so, a huge thing for me is location. These apartments are in a GREAT location. Not too crowded at all, Capital Dr. is less than 10 minutes away which is where most of my shopping has been done. My dog and I love walking to Pewaukee beach and the nearby parks that surround the area. I feel so safe walking where ever, day or night! Always parking spots available when I come home, that is never an issue. It has a great field that the property owns which is fantastic.... read more
