Foxtail Meadows is a great place to live. You get great accommodations for the price and even better is the property management. Sue is the best property manager I have had in my time renting. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. She alerts all tenants on activities happening around/on the property to keep the area safe and clean. Additionally, I never had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a reply when I had questions or issues. Foxtail Meadows has been my home for roughly the last year or so, a huge thing for me is location. These apartments are in a GREAT location. Not too crowded at all, Capital Dr. is less than 10 minutes away which is where most of my shopping has been done. My dog and I love walking to Pewaukee beach and the nearby parks that surround the area. I feel so safe walking where ever, day or night! Foxtail Meadows has been a wonderful place to live, and Sue has always been so accommodating and wonderful. There have been multiple scenarios where maintenance has needed to come into the apartment throughout the almost two years I've lived here, and each time, the process is very smooth. I feel very safe here, and will miss it; the only reason I'm moving out of here is to relocate to a different area, and the price point for my own income, but it is truly worth every penny. The location, friendly neighbors, clean common areas and a very helpful building manager make Foxtail a great place to live!
My time living here has been a perfect experience. It is quiet, peaceful, and the beach is a 15 minute walk away. The manager truly cares about all of her tenets as well. I am relocating due to a job change, but I would have stayed longer if I could have.
