They always seem to have what I need. While I love to shop for fabric, I don't like running from store to store. There always seems to be some fresh, new fabric that I haven't seen before. I also appreciate the great service and friendly faces. I always look forward to a visit to Fox's!
Great customer service with knowledgeable ladies that enjoy what they're doing.
I am about to start a project that uses "shades" of the same color. Yesterday the clerk "Aimee" helped me a great deal to pick out colors for that project and also "Fall leaves". It's hard to make decisions alone and I am thrilled w the great help I get at Foxes.
I love shopping at sew & fox and getting my machine clean there.
I walked in expecting a repair that may take a few days...the ladies on duty assessed my issue, found the part, replaced it and checked operation all within a half hour...and at the end of a Friday afternoon...thank you for your kind, efficient and speedy help...you girls rock!
I was looking for an open toe sole for the even feed foot for my Janome Horizon 7700 sewing machine. Fox's had it in stock.
My favorite shop,always something new.Fabrics are great.Staff is sc great also.
Every time I go there I am amazed by all the lovely fabric and items we can purchase! I've asked for help a few times and it was gladly given! All the ladies are just wonderful and I enjoy my time in the shop even just to browse! Keep up the good work! Thanks for being here!
