Charming I had to try this place...since the name is also my last name! It was all that I was expecting and more...such a charming place...you really feel like family here and the staff is so great! It is now a place I frequent regularly!
Great Hometown Hole in the Wall. Tiny and small. Patrons all know each other and the help. Food is good, cheap and lots of it. Fresh and tasty. Only open breakfast and lunch. The place has lost some of it's charm since the waitress Mary has left. She was a jewel. However it's still good. A little piece of Americana!
great for breakfast! My husband and I go about once to twice a week for breakfast. We always ask for Mary, she is so nice and knows what we want all the time. The food is really great! and the price is right! Please come and try it, you will come back for more! PROS: parking is on the street or in the parking lot CONS: some time it's to busy to get a table
I miss living in Whittier and this is a little piece of Whittier in Altadena. This restaurant is a small little mom & pop type cafe that is only open from 7am til 2pm, T-F, closed on Mondays. I love having breakfast here thats served till it closes.
