Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery, they told us they were busy and it would take about an hour. Hour went by, so we called and they said there was a confusion with our order and hadn't even started it. Asked if we still wanted to order. Umm no thank you! Worst customer service ever.
The pizza was a disappointment. That being said, the service we received was excellent. The wait staff was friendly, the kitchen staff was prompt, and service speed was just right. The outside advertising is also great. Appealing logo/mascot. That's what got us in! Now they need to make the pizza taste good to match everything else they have going for them! It's been a while since we've ordered Fox's, now I remember why. We ordered an hour ago and the pizza just got here. It's cold and nothing but a grease ball. Took one bite and tossed it!
