food was horrible, they were rude when I called and complained. First time I've ever complained about food in my whole entire life. Guarantee I will never go back
I ordered food over an hour ago, was told they'd be out as soon as possible. called back an hour an a half later to inquire about our order. placed order with younger woman. when calling to inquire an older woman answered and argued with me that she had in fact taken my order and was rude beyond belief until she realized her mistake. this is not our first time having this issue with them but it will certainly be our last.
Ordered a pizza with no onions and peppers. shows up with peppers and onions. call to complain and the manager says there's nothing she can do and hangs up on us. we call back, they don't pick up the phone! my fiancee said no peppers and onions twice, I was right beside him. completely unprofessional. I have worked in food service, accidents happen. not how this should've been handled.
RecommendedGreat food! Great service! Their $20 dinner boxes are so economical, handy for dinner in a pinch, and you can get two days out of them when feeding just two people.

We called today to order a pizza like I do every other week from this place love their pizza. Even though it’s over priced and they are very short when you call like it’s bothering them to do there job . The gentleman that answered must not own the place however when I asked him to put happy birthday to my son he said no we don’t do that . Ordered: 1 dozen fox inferno wings, 1/2 dozen honey mustard wings, chicken fingers, and a medium white garlic pizza with bacon, jalapeños and pineapple. What we got: 4 fox inferno wings, 1 dozen honey mustard wings, chicken fingers, and a ton of boneless honey mustard wings and the correct pizza. The pizza was great. There was a reason we ordered more inferno wings, and less of the honey mustard.
