You can improve by serving quality food and a better wait staff..we had half a large pizza letover in a to go box and your bus boy took it and threw it out i assume because when we told the waitress she didnt seem to give a crap. Prime rib sandwiches we had 3 were supposed to be medium rare and came out well done and she didnt care about that either. So basically we spend $250 on a far from perfect dinner.

just now Great job tonight Fox’s, you really earned your one star rating. After receiving a cold pizza from your driver the last time we ordered, I was rewarded with another cold one tonight, while I was waiting for my pick up. I even paid an extra dollar for a box, hoping that I could bring it home warm. Your counter staff did a wonderful job ignoring my dissatisfaction. You could learn something from Domino’s about customer service.
Did not like sitting in the kids section. reservation made 1 week ago. Fortunately we had a great waitress.

Kathy, the waitress, was delightful! Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t so supportive. On 3 occasions she returned to the table to tell me they didn’t have my menu choice. She took me to the manager, her suggestion, who gave me all of the reasons why they didn’t have those menu items. He stated, “what do you want me to do, I can only offer you what we have.” What do I recommend? Replace the Manager and sit in Kathy’s section!
It’s a great family restaurant!
