Had a Ruben ,not what it used to be. My wife had a cold hard baked potato, sent it back and got cold mashed potatoes. Nobody must check in the kitchen?
5 items on the menu we tried to order were unavailable We were told we must have an old menu We have the menu on this website also the recordings while you're on hold verbalize the same food items that are on the same menu that we have that we were ordering off of
When I fell on your stairs there was no follow up or communication made on tour part. With a broken foot and ligaments torn, you just do not have customer service or patrons as top priority. Shame that a call put out to you by me kept me on hold for over 20 minutes and never heard from you again. Last time any party of 45 plus will be held there again by our family.
Ordered a Prime Rib Steak Sandwich expecting a good piece of meat, what I got was a way over priced DRY sliced roast beef sandwich. Would have been less expensive and tastier to go to Portillo's. Save yourself the disappointment go elsewhere!!
