they should not damage and stain coats and then charge for cleaning. They should pay for replacing the coat instead.
I paid $86 to have my dress dry cleaned and pressed! Get home and take it out a bag and it still wrinkled called to ask how they can fix it or refund my money and they tell me there’s nothing they can do it wasn’t wrinkled when they put it in the bag! Total crap! No wonder they’re going out of business!

Horrible...... Still grass stuck to the bottom of my dress so I sent it for a second time to take care of the problem. When I returned I inspected the dress once again to find grass still stuck to the bottom. Offered to clean it for a third time. NO THANKYOU! Still payed full price almost 100 dollars. For a dress that was obviously not cleaned properly.
I took a knitted shawl in to have it professionally pressed . I only paid $4.25 but when I got home and took it off the hanger they hadn't done anything but press the back seam. The edges are turned under and just like when I took it in. I was very disappointed.
Ruined my husband's dress pants I left for them to hem. Had them over two weeks, lost them, when they finally turned up, they were ruined. Won't be returning to this place again. Monroes has got to be better than this, right?
I will not go back to Fox's. They do not respect long time customers (over 20 years). Please go to Monroe's
Fox's Cleaners are ridiculous! I paid $120 to have 2-5'x8' rugs professionally cleaned. They didn't tell me that they are sent off to Michigan until after they had them for 7-10 days. They sat wet for all that time. They were delivered and one of the rugs said 'Can't get the mildew smell out' on the ticket. Fox's says they aren't responsible at all for that. I want to stop payment on the check so damn bad. These are $250 rugs and one of them is completely ruined, not to mention a single mom is out that money with no compensa... read more
These people are the worst!! They lost my down comforter and refuse to replace it. They told me sorry it's not their fault that they can't find it. REALLY? What a way to run a business!
