The staff of Foxridge notified me of signing the lease it was scheduled and again things went smoothly. Yearly at the expiration tenants are notified and the new rate is discussed. Near signing tenants give copies of insurance to the office. The renters insurance meets the requires and amounts required by Foxridge. This area like many places in the east have faced challenges hopefully solved and ready to meet future ones. Foxridge is absolute trash. The amenities do not make up for the price. Electric bill was ridiculously high ($250/ month) 1500/ month as a college student is so not worth it.
Don’t sign a lease here!!!!! I moved in 06-27 and I’ve been battling management to get it fixed. On move in day there wasn’t even an A/C unit in the apartment (first picture). About a week later they finally put in a unit but it didn’t blow cold air! It would reach about 78 degrees in here. Then a few days later they gave me a portable unit which was okay. It is now 07-11 and they took my A/C unit away and cut off my portable one while I was gone. They left no notice or note anywhere, just leaving me in the dark. If I could ... read more
*Please Read* Unfortunately, living in Foxridge was a rather annoying experience. The location's closeness to public transportation, which is presumably the sole reason it remains filled, gave the impression that it was holding itself together. From the beginning to the end, the management made things more difficult than necessary. Their communication was either vague or delayed, and they were always charging us extra for everything.
