RecommendedFoxPro has the best customer service that I've ever experienced. They are super fast at responding to emails, answering all my questions, and shipped out my order on the same day. i broke my remote, as I don't live but an hour away I drove up to the factory, I explained what happened and that it was 100% my fault and I understand its not a warrenty problem. They said give them a few minutes, within 15 minutes they replaced the broken parts and didn't charge me anything! never ask how old or how long I had it , just made the repairs. bought a FoxPro call around a month ago from online retailer. A few days later bought a FoxJack 5 decoy. got everything set up and call worked at home for a test and 1 hunt. went to hunt a second evening and call didn't work. Contacted FoxPro, sent the call to them, less than a week later I had a brand new call and decoy! set up and everything has been perfect! first night out with the call and killed a coyote! great call!
