RecommendedI returned my FoxJack decoy for a repair as the auxiliary jack plug broke on a recent trip and the unit worked only part of the time when triggered. Great customer service.... Got a fusion for Christmas and unit was showing error code. Called and spoke with a live person and with no haggle they are sending a new unit.... You can't get better customer service than this.
FoxPro has awesome customer service. Their products are high quality and are built to last. I am still using the Wildfire digital game call and the first series Blackjack decoy. Best part is they are made right here in the USA. The last purchase I made was on some diaphragm predator calls. They shipped them to me fast and it is unbelievable how realistic they sound. If you want the best then FoxPro products are a must.
