Insane management. I wanted to pay the full amount of rent for the lease period so I would not have to show my tax return/income statement because I am retired and therefore, do not have a current employer reference. We lived on the bottom floor and had ants. I let them know multiple times and they came and got rid of them temporarily. But they would come right back. It got so bad that there were a few times I had some in my bed, and they infested our couch. So every time you sat on it there would be some crawling on you. We also heard rodents in the walls at night. When we finally moved out, we found a dead one in our storage area in the hall. Old Apartments, Prices keep going up These apartments were build probably in the 70s and everything is old but functional. The carpet inside the apartments is probably as old as the building and I have to pay them for "deep cleaning" after leaving (they should have been replaced long long time ago). The common areas are well maintained and quiet. These apartments suck. The staff in the office is very rude and the janitors watch your every move. They raise the rent on you after ever time your lease is up. They also find every excuse to where you have to pay for all the things the break in your apartment. And watch the shower if the grout has a crack in it make sure you call them right away cause you will have to pay for it if you don t. I have had to pay for it twice now even though I pay them rent every month for that stuff and I contacted them right away. Over all I... read more

Well Maintenance I have lived at Foxhill for two years now and don't have many complaints. The maitenance and landscapping crew does great! My walk and parking lot are plowed every morning before I leave the house in the winter, which is waaay more than I can say for some of the other apartments I have looked at and lived in. The landscapping staff does a wonderful job of keeping the courtyard beautiful and green. The pool is smaller, but very nice and clean. The additional storage units are very convenient too. over priced these appartments are old and over priced for there age
I have lived in the Foxhill Apt complex for a few months. When I moved in the apartment was spotless-VERY clean--except for the carpeting was a little worn---and not a color I would select. I was told that the comlpex (there are about 12 large buildings) use to be very roudy with drunk college kids-NOT anymore. My neighbors are extremely quiet and everyone is expected to be quiet --if you are a party person do Not move in. The employees are nice. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get an apartment---any opening fills with in MINUT... read more
