I moved in Valentines day 2025. The office staff has been terrific. Maintenance has been swift to every request. I highly recommend Foxhaven.
My experience started off pretty smoothly when the apartment had a (office manager present.) The first manager help me get situated and moved in process went great for my first time ever renting a home. As time went by the original manager must had got fired/ resigned at Foxhaven. Now this when the issue started because I could not find an office person in the office during business hours. When the time to pay rent I get a letter in the door. When I first moved to Foxhaven it was a manageable experience. For me at the time, Kierra was so amazing. I moved to Foxhaven in 2019. Most of the residents were friendly and it was quiet up until 2021 I believe a commotion happened outside of the apartment leaving a bullet pierced through my daughter's wall almost hitting the both of us. It was a terrifying experience that could have ended another way. She has been terrified every since. We have since moved back to Cleveland MS September 2023.
