Places are so old no taken care of correctly and the parking lot is a joke
Absolutely horrible place to live. They don’t keep up with maintenance at all. In the winter it’s treacherous to drive or walk in the parking lot as they barely plow or salt. Skip or whatever his name is is a horrible person (he over sees the place for his nephew or whoever Dan Owens is to him. They bring in old appliances from other apartments after you inform them that you’re having issues with the appliances in your apartment. Rent went from $550 to $850 and there have been no upgrades.
