Well we are pretty much going to hit the high 90s now and they have been telling me for a mth now that they are going to fix my a/c and they still haven't. They told me I needed a new a/c and they would be ordering it.. well a week later nothing yet. So if you enjoy the hot weather of el paso with no a/c then this place is perfect for u!!
these apartments have had some issues since the raining season in el paso and have had to shut the water down on many occasions even prior to the rain. I believe their pipes are bad and I lived there for 1 and 1/2 years and they shut the water down at least once entire day every month or so. When we request service it takes them a long time to fix the problems. Management is poor. I do not recommend this place at all.
This apartment complex is terrible. The management is awful and takes a few visits in person to get anything done. I found mold in my apartment and the had the nerve to tell me "its the good kind of mold". Im sorry but does that even exist? Also if you plan on taking a shower or washing dishes this may not be the place for you. In 9 months my water has been off a total of 5 times and now going on 6. There is no compensation on our water bill nor our rent and management can only say "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE". I have never... read more
Foxglove is an ok place to live. You have its ups and downs but htats everywhere. Yes we do pay water, and cable but the service is good. Ive been here a year and so far its been ok. The staff is very nice, Mateance can be a littel faster but when they go to the apartment it does get fixed. Overall its a nice location and they staff is friendly I would renew but Im moving out of state. If it wasent for that then I would renew.
Unsanitary. Water frequently off. Sewage backing up on the sidewalks, both toilets backing up in my apartment, repeatedly. Drinking water tastes foul. Management has an astounding disregard for basic health and safety. I called the health department. The inspector cited the management, and closed the pool pending a test of the water. Management gave me a "notice of non-renewal of lease" the day after I called the health department. I agree that these apartment have some issues. I had problems with my master bedroom cieling since the timw we moved in tat was a year ago. We had to call management several times and they had not fixed it completely upto this day. We also had problems with our aire conditioner that smelled like fish and that was not fixed either. These apartments are problematic and the staff is unhelpful
Nice apartment complex with a great view of Franklin Mountains to the east. Management might take a while to get an issue resolved, but if youre firm about it, they will do it quickly. It worked for me.
