I've been living here for almost a year & it's been great so far. I like that the landscaping is done once a week so it's always pretty clean. Great office staff they are always very helpful. Convenient access to I-10, Walmart & Albertsons. Today I'm adding 6 more months to my lease, l love it here & highly recommend this place.

Been living here for 2 years now , love the fast friendly maintenance, all staff is really friendly and will solve any issues immediately, 2 bed rooms are really spacious and priced good for the area , also neighborhood is really quiet

Well we are pretty much going to hit the high 90s now and they have been telling me for a mth now that they are going to fix my a/c and they still haven't. They told me I needed a new a/c and they would be ordering it.. well a week later nothing yet. So if you enjoy the hot weather of el paso with no a/c then this place is perfect for u!!
