!!!!The worst place I've ever lived. If you're looking for a place that will rip you off with utilities and not send you the statements from KU, this is the place for you. Every month they will up the price of your utilities so they'll have extra money in their pockets. Month 1-3 was great, however, month 4-12 we ended up paying up to an additional $80 on top of rent for electric and water. We're never home and everything's always turned off.
