Ok so I thought I knew how hard workouts could be but this is next level. I can’t walk for days after the strength class, I can barely scratch my nose. All of the trainers are exceptional. I really feel like I’m going to see great results from Fox Fit at Aspley,
I have been going to FoxFit since it opened and absolutely love it! I like that each fortnight is a new program, they have a huge variety of classes and times throughout the day and they also have the Kids area for those weekend classes!
