THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE, THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY OR CONCERN FOR THEIR TENANTS. THEY CAN NEVER GET ANYTHING DONE, MAINTENANCE OR WHATEVER. THE BUILDINGS INSIDE SMELL LIKE MOLDED SEWAGE, EVEN AIR FRESHNERS DONT HELP. THE FLOORS ARE CAVING IN, THE BATHROOM TILES ARE MOLDED AND FALLING OFF, THE CARPETS SMELL OF ANIMAL URINE, WHICH IS HARDDD TO GET TO COME OUT. THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER STINKS.
