Dennis took me many time to looking for homes in the Ocalo and Dunnellon area. He was willing to go as many times as it was needed to find me the right home. I have toll people that if thay are going to look for a home in this to call me that I have a person that is very good in finding you the home you went, not the home he went to seld.
Dennis was very knowledgable on homes in areas I was interested in. Knowing the HOA fees and coverages. Understood my preferences and applied no pressure, but yet, was there when I needed him or had questions. I would highly reccomend him to anyone.
dennis has been the best realator i have ever been in contact with,very knowlegable being a former detail man,(replaceing tile,crown molding,refinishing walls with orange peel,hes done about everything there is to do to upgrade homes),plus hes a nice guy that does not pressure you,thanks dennis for all your help - brett
