This place is a joke.
This is how all real estate companies should list their properties. The attention to detail is unmatched by any other broker here locally. You really get your moneys worth when you choose foxfire to sell your property. Likewise, when purchasing also.
Never returned my call
These guys are crooks so STAY AWAY! I have made several offers on land they had listed where they sat on my offer until they received a higher bid and/or raised the price afterwards. The latest one I was told that they had a full price offer and were closing soon. Now they just re-listed the property as 3 separate tracts with a total price of over triple what it is was when I made the offer. I'm not sure if this is legal, but it most certainly is not ethical.
